Our Town Talks and Team Huddles are informative and engaging but middle management holds too many time wasting meetings just to have a chance to chat with the whole team. That is only in one department that I work in though.

My team works well together and knows the task and works to maintain all 3 shift

Most of them are friendly.

They have great energy and like to have fun

15 min breaks like everyone else in the plant.It would ease tension because some people are so tired they are dangerous & ill tempered.

Accepting amd embracing other cultures and their voices

Both Alcoholism and drug abuse is rampant within the plant coworkers are often drunk or drinking on the job making the workplace chaotic and occasionally hostile with frequent arguments between other workers. Supervisors choose favorites allowing them to get away with going home or not working.

Communication, learning English, learning to be a team player

I work alone there is no one in my department on duty during my work hours.

I get harrassed daily but my exs friends..pretending to shoot me with fingers as my ex did. Laughing and congratulating my ex for beating me up. Plant manager,hr, and supervisors refuse to do anything
