What do you like best about the leadership team?

For leaders to be more involved with associates

They will work with you on some things

Continuing to look at ways to improve.

I am moving up to be a part of the leadership team. When left in control I saw improvement. When not in control I am only able to do lower jobs due to filling in for improper staffing or attendance issues.

My boss leads with dignity and respect genuinely cares about our well being..

The people I report directly to are great. They take the time to care.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

they need to change it. they were more worried about self survival then team building

They cut my job and put me in a new role with no guidance. Verbal counseling for not doing my job well and two days later gave me an outline for how to do my job. I went to HR and HR was not supportive. Spoke to an attorney and eventually got a nice severance. Supervisor no longer has subordinates

New management and more training for new hires

Having favorites and treat people equally

Communication skills are horrible even tho their always preaching about them.

We have too many people in positions that shouldn't be in management.

Everything. Communication, and definitely treating people with more humility.

Listening to team members and understanding who they are

At who they select to put in the supervision it's usually an unqualified worker Who they select because they're friends or family of someone

Evenly spreading workloads and realize their workers are spread thin.

Everything, they dont do their jobs and paen off thier jobs to people who arent wualified/suppose to be doing that job
