I am moving up to be a part of the leadership team. When left in control I saw improvement. When not in control I am only able to do lower jobs due to filling in for improper staffing or attendance issues.
My boss leads with dignity and respect genuinely cares about our well being..
The people I report directly to are great. They take the time to care.

They cut my job and put me in a new role with no guidance. Verbal counseling for not doing my job well and two days later gave me an outline for how to do my job. I went to HR and HR was not supportive. Spoke to an attorney and eventually got a nice severance. Supervisor no longer has subordinates

We have too many people in positions that shouldn't be in management.

Everything, they dont do their jobs and paen off thier jobs to people who arent wualified/suppose to be doing that job
