Feeding The nation and staying safe

Review from Customer Support Dept

I work in a very diverse company who values its customers and employees

Company focuses on safety first.

Everyone lifts each other up

We work together as a team and help pull together to resolve conflicts.

Tyson foods is the best place for people to work

The people are mostly friendly.

Tyson's active voice of pushing for a diverse and safe environment for all employees. They strongly voice against discrimination and the safe work environment is a result of that.

We are an inclusive company and welcoming to others.

The employees getting along and working well together no matter what culture or environment. It's my coworkers that I enjoyed and it was them that made me enjoy working there

People of all races working together side-by-side

Review from Product Dept

good teamwork with each other that allows for collaboration

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It's still a boys club. They hide behind creating groups like Women of Technology, but don't hire permanent employees at the top. Their men to women ration at the executive level is very lopsided.

Treating their employees with respect

Keep doing all the hood things you do

Communication and respect for others

Hire more US citizens there is a communication and language problem and one of their plants in Jacksonville Florida most employees are immigrants and they do not speak English so basically you have to train yourself when you come in because the employees do not speak English 80% immigrants 10% US

Review from Product Dept

Replacement of management and giving their long term employees a wage that meets up with their dedication

Stop favoritism Treat people fair

Protect domestic violence victims regardless if youre "legally" obligated..there is a moral obligation regardless if there is a legal one or not

Review from Operations Dept

More days off per week

Very bad and uneducated managers

Review from Operations Dept

People that actually wants to work

Embody the mission. Tyson puts a lot of stock into how the team members are treated, however no one cares about the managers ( all upper management)who manage the managers. Bruised egos shouldn’t get in the way of what’s best for the company.

Review from Operations Dept

More employee appreciation, bring back family values instead of being a corporate employee number.

Review from Product Dept

Supervisor not talking to other employees about you

Review from Product Dept

Treat Americans as equals in the company

Review from Product Dept

There needs to be less favortism

Review from Sales Dept

You need managers and superviors to actually care about there people, If they cared more about there employees the employees would take pride in there jobs

Review from Product Dept

The manpower and hire more people

Review from Product Dept

Focus less on downtime and more on morale, safety and quality.

Review from Engineering Dept

Less work hours management needs better pay
