Very friendly HR gave a tour of the plant and we talked about what Tyson has to offer and what a day is like working at Tyson
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire more US citizens there is a communication and language problem and one of their plants in Jacksonville Florida most employees are immigrants and they do not speak English so basically you have to train yourself when you come in because the employees do not speak English 80% immigrants 10% US
