I have a protection order on a former significant other. The company will do absolutely nothing to make me feel safe. They allow him to work, they allow him to be next to me even with a court order. I have to call the cops several times a day to "feel" protected because tyson refuses to keep me safe

there is so mudh favoritism as the policies have been left open to do so. this causes an unfairness that leaves some feeling undervalued. there is snyde remarks and treatment. and you work for a year to earn a vacation, thenthe world is in crisis, and you forget about it, they take it away from you!

Embody the mission. Tyson puts a lot of stock into how the team members are treated, however no one cares about the managers ( all upper management)who manage the managers. Bruised egos shouldn’t get in the way of what’s best for the company.

The transportation side of the company is great but if there’s a problem at a plant or a warehouse company employee treat us as outside carriers (not good either) and security always treats us bad, and there’s nothing are managers or terminal managers can do about it.
