What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel I am paid very well for what I do. the annual profit sharing and 401k that grainger gives has to be the best in the industry. 12-16% (depending on company performance) calculated based off my annual compensation is automatically deposited in a retirement account along with a bi-weekly 401k.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They act like employees should feel blessed to get what you get and shift premiums are a low JOKE

Yes.... assigned tasks that align with my pay and title, instead of doing several employees and managers job just be denied promotions and compensation reflects that of employees just starting to work for the company

The flexability and autonomy I'm given to manage my team and be a self starter. I definitely work long hours at times with occasional high stress.... but I can move it around at my convenience and availability which makes for a GREAT work life balance.
