Policies need to be followed by all, not just floor employees. Work that does not belong in the center needs to be removed. The do more with less culture is tiresome and insulting. Managed devices grow while the amount of people to support them dwindles. Automation is in its infancy.

repair times use to be 24hrs, even for residential services. Since Storey has come along, he changed residential repair times to up to 14 days & did this in the middle of a pandemic. Everything gets back burnered, except for Level 0.
