What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not requiring 60 plus hours per week including 20-30 hours of special projects

Listen to the people on the floor that perform the tasks day in and day out. Management tends to dismiss all suggestions given to them to increase production or morale.

Awful. Management is switched out every 3 to 4 years. By the time they learn the business, things are so messed up floor workers are there 6 to 7 days a week for a year trying to clean up the mess made. Not right or fair to us!!

Need to start caring about the factory workers. It's not the same company that I started working for 25 years ago. They need to bring back the pension for all employees. We work around chemicals, that could be harmful to you. But yet they just want you to be thankful you have a job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They need to bring back incentives and pensions to there employees that work so hard for them. Maybe take away their big corporate bonuses, or give bonuses to the factory workers.

Our location is only one that pays there employees haired after a certain year 85% of what everyone else makes. All o the locations are on there way back to 100%

Many are depressed because they have no input and are never truly a part of change

3M claims to be family friendly but many are required to work 60 plus hours per week and employees are afraid of losing their job if they dont

Just walk the walk, do what we say, lead with integrity and be transparent. Being open and honest will keep folks happy.

Manager demands too much overtime

Stop changing management so much. Causes us to stay in there every day of the week cleaning up their mess and trying to get their numbers they need for corporate. Not fair to us. We do have families!!
