What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits/perks. Namely, gym stipend, quarterly HT credits, and health insurance

Love that our benefits extend beyond typical "benefits"- the office exchange, yummy lunches, fully stocked kitchen, and fun things all help to account for slightly lower than market base salary

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There should be a bonus structure involved. Also, there is currently no difference between the market manager and the market coordinator role, yet the market managers make more money.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The friendliness of the entire team. I would like to point out the lack of diversity on the team - HotelTonight needs to get better at recruiting people from diverse backgrounds.

Everyone is so willing to help and support each other! People love collaborating and no one is cutthroat. I value all of my coworkers as colleagues and as humans! And am always interested in what they have to say and trust they look out for me.
