The local leadership team is very staff-oriented and appreciative of efforts. We have no direct contact with the corporate executives.

The PTO paid time off days are the highest out of any Co. I have been with Allstate 3yrs and I already have 35 paid days off

Other companies underwriters get paid more, we deserve fair pay for the same work.

There aren't any Environment reviews of Allstate yet.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the in person interviews, the digital recording for interviews is not sufficient and not personal. It's hard to recruit talent or gauge an employer without that interaction aspect.
