They are all such wonderful folks, just trying to live their lives.
The team is big but still any one stuck in any situation teammates are there. If anyone learn something new they share in team.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to hire quality candidates and stop with the lamp salesman from Lowes who has no experience. 60-70% of new hires quit before training is even over when they learn of the amount of work we have to do

The coworkers are not the problem its the managers they look for anything to pick with you about and are not supportive
