Allstate Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The biggest thing is empathy

The celebration of milestones and the praise points that we get to use in a company store.

The coaching when you start

Peer to peer partnership and connections

Everything, mostly, thus far. Again, im brand new though

We are given time to participate in ERG's and develop ourselves every month.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Good and clean office facilities

The commitment to inclusive diversity and allowing and encouraging everyone to show up as their authentic selves

Everyone assumes the best in their coworkers and expects the same in return.

Safe, calm, enjoyable, good working environment

Review from IT Dept

We are allowed to be ourselves at work

The team work and helping each other

Parking and helping each other out.

Review from Sales Dept

I work at home and that has been the decision I've ever made.

Good work life balance, flexibility as long as you got your job completed.

Love my remote working from home

Everything is negative I was racially discriminated against and HR said it was miscommunication

Leadership is working hard to become agile, positive and future.

No micromanaging. Manager has a lot of trust in us. Feel bad for other offices that don’t have that privileg

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Leaders are dictators, they dont lead.

Stop telling employees to move on after layoffs and that we should be greatful for still having our jobs. Stop piling on more work and not compensating us for hours of overtime citing that we are salaried employees. Change EVERYTHING about recruiting for openings within the company

A change at the top is needed.

Quit threatening good, dedicated employees with layoffs. Its beyond ridiculous.

It's employee centeric but it started behaving more like third party company and onshore team are not looking into this.

Overall, an excellent company. There are some persons who inspire you to rise to the occasion and those who encourage you to be ready for your next career opportunity.

It starts with the top. What is said needs to be implemented. They talk about leading from any seat but in reality that's a false statement.

Review from Product Dept

working technology, better product, COMPETETIVE products, fair compensation, clear and truthful communications from executive management, consistency, a fair stable contract

More employees and less oversite

Review from Customer Support Dept

I think larger teams and less flying by the seat of our pants

Review from Customer Support Dept

Review from Admin Dept

The culture is fake. People constantly lie to you to make believe something greater.

Review from Sales Dept

Maybe not so much micro managing.

Review from Admin Dept

Organize work area and work as a team

There is not a culture issue that needs improving

Review from Sales Dept

we need more staff we need more staff

Review from IT Dept

The processes and amount of work needed to be completed.

Review from Admin Dept

If my boss is in a bad mood it outs a damper on the work day and he is often in a bad mood
