They encouraged collaboration and team building via teams along with a points system for praise from others.

Management is very inclusive and takes everyone in the office into consideration when making decisions or building business strategies.
They communicate with transparency and integrity
assume the best of their teams and lead with clarity
Openness, honesty, integrity and good communicating
There are people to look to for advice and help and people who slack.
Most people were happy until recently. A few poor decisions in choosing senior leaders is creating a level of distrust.
They are easily accessible and know our problems and are quick to adjust
Leaders are very much customer focused and employee oriented.
Transparency and communication. They are developing new products and technology at an amazing rate.
they're as transparent as they can be. They value UX and IDE
So understanding and friendly. Truly seems to care.
The best. Everyone working towards vision of Allstate
All leads are always there to help as, not even office related if in case we needed there help in personal life they help me. Most good thing about the leaders they always support to learn new things.
Very informative and patient and
They mean well but could use some new blood.
Generating solutions to problems and creating an action plan for all employees to contribute, as opposed to throwing out an idea and causing confusion and frustration.
The new leadership needs to focus on helping the sales representatives/senior sales consultivezs continue to positively develop and grow their assigned territories. Each member of the executive team assigned to the needs to make regular contact and provide support to the sales team. This is never!!

Professionalism, product knowledge, be a leader with a heart with the employees not acting like a boss
understanding the market and competition
Communication and directly. They change directions on a dime with little to no reason.
A better work / life balance and a less stressful environment. The workload is completly out of balance.
need in person meetings again
Better HR department. There didnt seem to be an HR dept by the time I left. They never interviewed me or asked why I left. Need to listen more to employees and fix thr broken culture.
Dont fear your top performers. Help life them up instead of beatinf them into the ground. Compensate youre employees and offer recognition and/or bonuses. Stop the drama and politics that breed toxicity.
The leadership team should get better at being more supportive and help assist the employees more. Seems like no one cares if your discriminated against as a black woman or singled out from your team.
The execuative team needs to be more transperant.
0 communication. Things change everyday and on a whim. 0 structure, they'll work you like a dog and keep telling you it's not good enough
Top heavy management needs to care more about customers and employees than it does Wall Street
People skills, empathy, not being afraid to have a different opinion from the person one level above them. Not being afraid to point out when something is not working.
Relating to their team. Comunicating and actially caring

To work on right tool to measure KPI
Invest in technology that supports the employees. No matter how great the customer experience is with your technology, if you have frustrated employees it will come across in the customer service experience.
They need to improve Communication and effectiveness
Alignment with one another and recognizing the contributions of the team.
They need outside influence. The culture is stale And many ideas primitive.
