  • Not very

  • Secure

  • Well, I’m in sales and training, and they just eliminated my position. They created a new position to move us to, but the “new position” is without a company vehicle and a 20% base salary pay cut. I’m not feeling very secure.

Asked to all employees at Allstate

  • Not at all

  • Allstate is pretty good about offering flexibility for your schedule, and allowing a good work-life balance. However, at least in the investment department, there is so much work to be done because of personnel cuts, that you are also required to work extreme amounts of overtime/nights/weekends, with little to no appreciation or reward for the extra time.
