  • You have to be in good attendance standing, have good metrics and an appropriate environment at home

  • Well from what I see it's close to none existent.. There are some limited work at home reps but there are 100's still waiting on a work at home launching.. Perhaps in the near future... It would be something the company would implement.. Just don't hold your breath...the wait might be longer than anticipated.

  • It really depends upon the position for which you are interviewing. However, I don't think it's ever a mistake to dress formally (business dress). Some positions would be perfectly happy with more "business casual" but it varies widely.

  • I feel that it can be bitter/sweet.. You just have to take it a day at a time and make the most of it and not get overly stressed based on the demands of the company.. Constant changes, or the customers scream at you over their rate or bills or some other issue..it is best to take it one day at a time so as not to get overwhelmed.

  • Work schedules are given two weeks at a time and. Can be hard to determine in advance and schedules most times you are given every other weekend off. Your end times vary per day but what remains the same is your start time for the day. You can request time off but you have to make sure you schedule it before the schedules post for the next two weeks... Can be abit tricky.

  • The vacation policy is abit limited since you have to. Know when you need to take a vacation at the beginning of the year. Now if you are planning on taking a few days of here or there you have to be careful how you plan it since you could land yourself points. You are typically given two weeks. Your sick time is also your flexible time from your vacation and personal bank
