This place is a great company that offers an awesome learning experience that could lead to a lot of other opportunities in the future

Yes, the workload is always intense and ever demanding, but AIG will not give you a larger increase in pay unless you obtain an outside offer no matter how much you're valued.

Poor employee relations. Job titles do not correlate to duties. Management is not accountable for their shortcomings and there is no internal recourse. Upper management, HR and other departments will make every attempt to cover including gaslighting.

  • Very much who you know and if they are actively advocating for you. Not a meritocracy. Diversity severely lacking across decision makers in leadership. POC with proven results in building business end up getting shown the door and woefully less qualified people are handed key leadership roles on a silver platter.
