Senior leaders cover their own backs while trying to squeeze pay for the lower grades. Never any accountability for bad decisions.

Too early to tell, not enough tenure at AIG. Previous regime was incompetent and many of the incumbents are still in leadership roles

Musical chairs and 'deep state' at the company not easy to root out.

Enforce pay for performance, not for popularity.

Depends on the role and manager.
Does AIG have any remote positions?
Yes, some roles have the flexibility to be remote.
How does AIG make decisions around promotions?
Very much who you know and if they are actively advocating for you. Not a meritocracy. Diversity severely lacking across decision makers in leadership. POC with proven results in building business end up getting shown the door and woefully less qualified people are handed key leadership roles on a silver platter.
How's the vacation policy at AIG?
Fair for insurance/financial services, better after 5 years and for senior roles.
