Positive Reviews From AIG Employees

  • What did you like most about the interview process?
    The opportunity to build relationships.
  • What makes you most happy at work?
    Interaction with staff and customers.
  • What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of my colleagues are nice, smart and hard working.

Constructive Feedback From AIG Employees

  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Transparancy needs to be more evident.
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Team Retreats, investment in professional development. Mid management needs to work on bringing folks together. Countless times i have heard mid management scare employees by stating you are being tracked/watched and that just isnt healthy.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think my coworkers need to be motivated to do their work. There is a lack of culture and psychological safety so everyone is trying to finish their tasks as fast as possible with as little collaboration and distraction. The trust is also not build because there is no envirenment set up for that.
