Review from Finance Dept

410K Match is 9% of your salary when you contribute 6%

Review from IT Dept

My salary is competitive with market rate

Review from Finance Dept

It beats out a lot of other companies.

Review from Finance Dept

the work life balance opportunity

Review from IT Dept

Continuously paid below market; even when adjustments are made, the result is still not competitive.

Review from IT Dept

They pay me and checks clear

Review from IT Dept

Company match nine percent of salary to savings

Salary is the best part.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Though i produce a lot of work, my work doesnt get rewarded...there is always some ridiculous reason given such as you started only a year ago, hr said we cant give you more money than this and so on.

Lowest salaries in the industry

Yes, the workload is always intense and ever demanding, but AIG will not give you a larger increase in pay unless you obtain an outside offer no matter how much you're valued.

Salaries are not updated and not in market in relation to the level of responsibilities and volume of work.

Review from Sales Dept

Feeling overworked and underpaid/undervalued is not conducive for quality work environment, especially when it comes to assistance.

Today, I received a competitive offer, which is 120% above what I make right now at AIG. I made several attempts to discuss my compensation issue with the four Execs I've had as reporting managers this year. Neither HR nor Execs care about staff. I will join the 'Great Resignation' movement!

Compensation should be based on your market and not a blanket approach.

Review from Sales Dept

I do the same or better than other but get less

I am not paid in alignment with my experience, production and Capacity to deliver

Review from Sales Dept

AIG Japan undervalued compare to AIG Inc.

Review from Sales Dept

Pensions have been frozen. Americans laid off en masse, while jobs outsourced to the Phillipines. Where to begin?

Review from Finance Dept

Based on similar positions in this area, average positions are underpaid by at least $20,000 a year. While the benefits (health and life insurance, vacation days, flex-time) are great, there is not a minimum annual cost of living adjustment and few opportunities for advancement or raises.

No salary increases, limited opportunity for advancement.

Review from IT Dept

I know for a fact that a male was hired for the same role with less experience than me and his base pay is more than $20000 more than mine.
