Lack of professionalism, too much nepotism and playing favorites

A lot of managers with very poor people skills are allowed to remain, forcing workers with years of experience to leave for other companies, leaving behind only the unskilled, and the unbearable.

To top heavy with executives that have a disconnect from the field employees. AIG could be a real leader in the industry but with current leadership this will not happen.
