What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring about the employees more! Ensuring folks have a reason to stay.

Seeing the truth. Read between the lines. Insecurities create jorrible work environment.

Being equitable, treating everyone humanly in regards to workloads and compensation.

Promote within the organization and reward employees with the raises they deserve.

Making things happen. Consulting with their teams

Encourage open and candid feedback.

A lot of managers with very poor people skills are allowed to remain, forcing workers with years of experience to leave for other companies, leaving behind only the unskilled, and the unbearable.

Too muck organizational changes and lack of empathy when laying off employees. Hiring executives that does not know how the operations work while the skilled employees are getting thinner.Too much politics and growth and promotion is tied up on who you know rather than your abilities & contributions

To top heavy with executives that have a disconnect from the field employees. AIG could be a real leader in the industry but with current leadership this will not happen.

Leadership has no clue how to reward their agents. The comp plan is terrible and changes from year to year.

The current (new) CEO is making some notable changes in employee satisfaction, however, that spirit has not yet trickled down to the legacy leadership.

Need to better communicate company direction

Leadership needs to figure out how to run their business and stop cutting their way to profitability
