Review from Sales Dept

Review from IT Dept

My particular team tends to be the crux of our business, so our camaraderie and applications of our various skills help to effectively and successfully complete our tasks.

Work well together and support one another

Very small team of senior people

My team works hard and gets things done.

Mentoring and sharing stuff about work and life

Review from Finance Dept

Get it done and collaborative spirit!

Review from IT Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I think my coworkers need to be motivated to do their work. There is a lack of culture and psychological safety so everyone is trying to finish their tasks as fast as possible with as little collaboration and distraction. The trust is also not build because there is no envirenment set up for that.

- Increase curiosity. - Enhance learning. At least know how to operate zoom, Teams messenger, email, etc. The company offered you a vast learning resource in form of Linkedin Learning - make use of it. - Come as a whole self - Be goals driven

Permanent employees are adequate. Many outsource contractors for supplemental staffing.

More collaborative and agile work environment. Most of the employees either too shy to know what they are doing or are just trying to pass the ball.

Review from Operations Dept

Get to the point quicker

Team is great, they are all top notch people and programmers

Review from IT Dept

Workforce so demoralized that they are not motivated to pull for one another.
