Though i produce a lot of work, my work doesnt get rewarded...there is always some ridiculous reason given such as you started only a year ago, hr said we cant give you more money than this and so on.
Lowest salaries in the industry
Yes, the workload is always intense and ever demanding, but AIG will not give you a larger increase in pay unless you obtain an outside offer no matter how much you're valued.
Salaries are not updated and not in market in relation to the level of responsibilities and volume of work.

We constantly colabotate and provide support
I think my coworkers need to be motivated to do their work. There is a lack of culture and psychological safety so everyone is trying to finish their tasks as fast as possible with as little collaboration and distraction. The trust is also not build because there is no envirenment set up for that.
- Increase curiosity. - Enhance learning. At least know how to operate zoom, Teams messenger, email, etc. The company offered you a vast learning resource in form of Linkedin Learning - make use of it. - Come as a whole self - Be goals driven
Permanent employees are adequate. Many outsource contractors for supplemental staffing.
More collaborative and agile work environment. Most of the employees either too shy to know what they are doing or are just trying to pass the ball.

Team Retreats, investment in professional development. Mid management needs to work on bringing folks together. Countless times i have heard mid management scare employees by stating you are being tracked/watched and that just isnt healthy.

Reduce RIFs (Reduction in Force) at the company. The company went from 75K headcount to less than 35K headcount while Net Premium Written didn't decline as much.

IT admins are a Wall of No at every turn. Hard to get the job done.
Invest on existing good and hard working employees that knows the job. If letting go of employees are needed, they need to ensure that it is performance based rather than subjective in nature
