Stop lying to customers like me
Avoid harrasing the customers. Service reps do not return calls wven after reached out 20 times.
I filed a claim for an auto accident on 7/24/2023. Received their acknowledgement letter dated 7/26/23. That has been the only and last communication from them. It is now 8/16/23. They have not returned any of my phone calls or emails. It is disgusting service. I do not recommend them at all.

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Esurance?

Everyone was afraid to make decisions and mistakes. No one was empowered to do their job with out a committee. Also, open hostility wasn't discouraged. It never felt like people were working to the same goal.

Good, rarely worked overtime. Taking vacation was encouraged.

1/2 day where I interviewed with 5-6 people from different teams. I also took a basic test.

Traditional benefits. PTO - start with 15 days - 401k, healthcare, 1/2 day VTO. No unique benifites

Not very great benefits compared to other companies in the Bay Area. This year they added a high deductible plan that was free to employee.
