They need to be completely retrained on being a "leader", not just a boss. Don't gossip about employees. If someone is brave enough to speak up and bring up their concerns, LISTEN TO THEM. Don't target them for unfair treatment and push them away. There's no trust and turnover is insanely high

It's difficult to work for a company that doesn't respect its employees. Working with kids, one could assume they would be more prone to getting sick from the environment. I don't see how one sick/personal day for a whole school year is enough. The pay does not match the requirements of the job, too
