the big variety of discounts are endless

Goodbye holidays, but for some reason, our manager is not helping us get them

I only use the Dental plan& eye care. Vacation time needs to be reevaluated for hourly employees, especially employees with a year or more service.

Pension is the best thing about it.

I don't receive benefits wven though I am working full time hours.

I like to be a role model to others ,I enjoy communication with my team to keep them up on things happening .i enjoy seeing happy people come to our cafeteria excited to eat and engage in good conversation

There are several colleagues that I communicate with that are extremely supportive and encouraging. This does exclude the director which is not supportive at all.

Not following 3 month probation once your hired your there till you decide to leave good or bad worker no consequences for bad behavior or work ethic
