A story I heard from an international hire is that when many of the international hires arrived in Colorado with no car and no transportation, all of corporate management was at a management meeting in Yosemite, CA and not one person there realized that their employees were arriving that day.
Need to interact with employees more
Knowledge of the position and company. Recognition of employees. The way they speak to or about employees. Pride in their work. Learning the concept of if you take care of your employees they take care of you. Better team building skills. More random drop ins to check on employees.
Being real leader and learn how to speak the truth.

How can you criticize leaders who have no skill set or history of success to be promoted in the roles they are in for decisions they are incapable of making?
Needs a complete company overhaul. Not surprising they are losing so many contracts.

Just being with the team more than leaving the team by themselves. Making us take the fall or making the decisions that should be the leader of the the team.
Follow through on what they promise
They need to learn how to run a team instead of being in their office on their phones, computers, or tablets the whole they are at work. They also need to actually train people instead of throwing them to the wolfs. They do not know how to communicate properly with employees.

Letting supervisors do the job listen to employees Stop paying horrible staff more than good working staff behind their backs! And dont make excuses when an employee deserves a rise if they are clearly capable and doing more work than another pay them for it!!
To not expect perfection the first week of employment. Don't talk to people like they are dumb people.
