The culture of management of Aramark corp. is all about the bottom line and shareholder value at the expense of food quality and quality employees treated as expendable labor.
Review from Operations Dept
we all get a long and always helping each other. no job is to big when you work as a team
Just the people I work with is the positive thing in my area
The residents are the only positive
The workers and the staff
That we deal with a lot of different people from different backgrounds.
Review from Operations Dept
We have a diverse group of employees that come together naturally for the benefit of the company.
Review from Operations Dept
We are able to meet guest from all over the world and experience their culture, it gets pretty exciting
The culture of profitability and fairness.
Every voice is heard and acknowledged, no matter what dept. you are in. This company is honestly one of the best I have worked for.
I work at school everyone is friendly
Everyone looks out for each other to make sure the food goes out on time
Great co workers and managment
Everyone works together for the children
The money(check) mostly. The coworker are great when there not tense. Management needs to really work with communication.
Because the people get along with each other
My team is the most positive
No major conflicts with co-workers.
Everyone seems like family just remember you can't pick your family
Interacting with the customers and guests.
Sales & operations should work as a team not separated like it was.
HR coming in and checking to see what is really going on. Making sure all positions feel supported
More team building exercises. Better communication & delagating of task. Bonus clear raises. More familiarity with a friendly face of who is who break down of Regional mangers up.
Work appropriate topics are never discussed
Better managers in northern illinois.
Everyone needs to start to be a team and work together not against each other
Training, accountability, and a "employee first" mentality. Employees are the backbone of all corporate-capitalist profit machines, and should be maintained and treated as such.
Hire quality employees and quality managers to lead
Brenau needs to have better management, a better chef, and new equipment. Actually, everything needs to change at Brenau starting with the Brenau respecting employees to Aramark managers protecting their own people instead belittling them.
Review from Product Dept
Excisting employees make new hires feel welcomed. Not a person besides trainer through teams talked to me.
Treat everybody equally pay them more and quit disrespecting the dishwashers
Review from Operations Dept
Aramark's motto of "managed services, managed better" is laughable, and it is the polar opposite of how the company is actually managed. There is no morale, there is no motivation to even try, there is no recognition of hard work, there are inconsistencies and rampant mistreatment of employees.
Review from Product Dept
The management needs to treat workers better
Review from Sales Dept
new general manager and operations manager
Get rid of top management, training for the whole company. Or else that office will sink
Everything about this company needs to change.
Care about employees value them don't toss them aside
Care about your employees rather then playing the number game and pretty much throwing everyone and anyone under the bus for doing their jobs with a lack of support of getting product for service to take care of customers
Strong, compassionate leaders. As well as hiring administrative people so that leaders can lead instead of get bogged down in admin work.
Hiring more people would be an amazing start.
