What are some of the best things about your team?

energy, resilient, work hard, fair

They are very professional when interacting with clients and are role models to follow .They can laugh and smile with you and share accomplishments with others

I don't know much about my team so far cause I just started. But the two people that trained me in the daytime were very thorough patient and knowledgeable.

Lack of any drive to do anything more, even the bare minimum is a struggle.

Show up to work and listen.

My co-workers could do a much better job of following policies and procedures, and diving into the work. They need to hold themselves accountable.

Manager needs to do better trials employees some need to learn English or enough to take instructions or be able to fill out work training quizz not copy from other employees that are on less moenh than them!!!

Start talking to people its so bad and quiet that you can hear a pin drop.

The co workers are people who you can tell have drug problems and dont work hard at all, show up late and take way too many breaks

Come to work on time and come to work on hoildays and weekends to work. And everyone needs to get along first

Need to focus on the work and not what people are doing and not doing.

Skills to do the job correctly would be a good start. Too many substandard idiots employed just to make up the numbers.

Not treat fellow employees disrespectful.

Change the management and and get Tags for the Temps.
