What did you like most about the interview process?

The chance to ask questions and speak freely

My interview was years ago, and it was an exciting experience. I came in with so much energy, they were not really sure what to expect.

Honest and personable. Felt at ease

I got a job, very low lay at $8 but job is better than no job

how i was shown around and almost felt part of the team

They answered all questions i had

They just asked me my availability and I had the job.

The upfront of what the company wants

The managers were nice and polite

The human resource representative was down to earth and really brought out your best attributes.

That they were straight forward with the questions

Easy going and very fast process

Quick and to the point.

Interview was casual and really comfortable

My old boss witch is not there anymore

It was all online and at a distance.

was ok seems long winded now though for others to be emoloed

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Having people from Hr that know the area, and what the encomics are like in the area& Having a better way & areas to for fill the health access requirements.

Treat people with respect and kindness.

Have a structured ststem in place.

Inclusion and inclusivitiy. Communicate postings and career paths. Currently its all secretive

The feedback and having a little more interaction

Interview and hiring process is weeks to a month long. Its very tedious leading to people not being hired due to missing part of their hiring packet or losing interest.

Get an HR that is not a family member to an employee and have on-site.

That they have to work the weekend somebody don't show up you got to work their job and work double double the work and the boss is buddy gets away with murder

look for experience in food service not just warm bides, and require a GED or diploma
