My experience with Goodyear rubber company is, there is no hey good job. You are doing good, keep up the good work. Nothing for Thanksgiving. And no company Christmas party. Not even a Christmas card or anything saying thanks for are hard work. This goes for commercial side of Goodyear.

Upper management needs to listen to the “troops on the ground”. They have a better idea than some outside contracted company telling upper management what it wants to hear.

Less meetings. Somebody fix the procurement team as there is always confusion and lack of clarity around process. Also long delays with procurement.

Better and more services advertising and lower the service rates . Every city and state is different from all. Not every city gets paid like a big city pay rate in our area everage from 9.50 to 12.50 hr. Sou lot of people just barely make it to pay rent food and utilitys.

There is no support from the company. I feel like there is no encouragement. Like hey you are doing a good job, your going in the right direction. Keep up the good work. It is always negative. Not from my center Manager, but from Regional management.
