    We had an OSHA approved earplug/earbud allowing us to listen to audio devices, which was recently removed for arbitrary reasons.

  • I'm so fortunate to have a job but it's hard when moral is so low.

    One week for 1-3 years, 2 weeks for 3-5 years, 3 weeks for 5-15 years, 4 weeks 15+ years of service. No benefits for General Service. Time granted every quarter beginning January 1st for. If you qualify for one week annually then you will accrue 10 hours every 3 months

  • For hourly it is per the bargaining contract. For salaried it’s competitive.

  • Could not tell you cuz when I ask no one will let you know

  • Too many that they are not effective. No one believes the BCM

  • Too many meetings leave no time to work. We meet to decide on the next meeting. It would also be nice to have some coworkers that last long

    Not balanced well for retail/shop. Expected to work at the drop of a hat anytime when told. So bad that taking the "earned" vacations feels like you are doing something wrong or you will owe management for the favor of you getting off

  • Virtually non-existent! I was repeatedly told that if you didn’t work 6 days a week (at least) then you were not dedicated to Goodyear and that would be reflected during performance reviews.

    Cheaper insurance and copay. More life insurance. Also need a better bonus system. Need to make all pau equal for the specific job.

  • The pension has been done away with and the 401k contribution match is only 2%. The bonus has been cut significantly.

  • Salaried area managers. Pay more for less coverage

  • Overall I think there is significant denial at all level of the organization, both union and management, regarding their performance compared to similar industry leaders. Sustainable change can be achieved but there is no silver bullet.

  • Treat people right talk to them in the right way don't downgrade them pay them the vacation day earned.

  • I would take better care of the employees

    I don't know him. I do feel that he has no idea what goes on in retail and how the DMR and Team leaders in southeast bully team members into doing what they want

  • The CEO is focused on driving the company forward strategically which is appropriate. However, the time I have personally interacted with him I was concerned about his lack of authenticity and general ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization.

  • Don't know much about what people think or feel about him... It may be better on the corporate end, but not the retail end of things.

  • Testing, interviews, for some positions, and pure seniority for others.

  • They don't look at what a person is doing to try and keep things together with little to no help... They are only worried about numbers and kiss ups and how good a person can take what they can from the customer pocket....

  • The office vibe is not progressive at all. Morale is low and workload is high as positions take a long time to fill. Turnover significantly exceeds industry standard given the excessive stressors of achieving the production requirements.

  • Not sure, but most of them get weekends and holidays off...

  • Hostile at times in retail
