If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Goodyear?

Overall I think there is significant denial at all level of the organization, both union and management, regarding their performance compared to similar industry leaders. Sustainable change can be achieved but there is no silver bullet.

Treat people right talk to them in the right way don't downgrade them pay them the vacation day earned.

I would require team leaders and district managers to change areas every few years.

I would take better care of the employees
