my compensation has gotten better over the last 4 years here. however that is only because i get paid for overtime now. just off base salary i feel i am very underpaid considering i spend more time here than i do with my family and i sacrifice so much for the sake of the goodyear tire brand

There is still a big amount of employees who have been there for a really long time and love the company. The are often the guides and real leaders that keep things running without a title. Its really something extraordinary when you work with them
they let us do a team hug session at the end of each day

The entire philosophy starting with corporate to floor supervision.
Better and more services advertising and lower the service rates . Every city and state is different from all. Not every city gets paid like a big city pay rate in our area everage from 9.50 to 12.50 hr. Sou lot of people just barely make it to pay rent food and utilitys.
