Better and more services advertising and lower the service rates . Every city and state is different from all. Not every city gets paid like a big city pay rate in our area everage from 9.50 to 12.50 hr. Sou lot of people just barely make it to pay rent food and utilitys.

The toxic culture has come about as a veteran ELT members chose to build an empire of "yes" people instead of high performers with positive attitudes that are capable of working with others. This makes it hard for all company employees to work together effectively.
