While overall business is flat I believe some growth has been realized with its chemical services division. Commercial (industrial applications) and Consumer (passenger vehicle figments) continue to lose market share to other competitors including new market entries.

Very difficult given the expectations to work long house everyday and work the weekends.

Forced. It's cliquey and fake.

It was very formulaic. I did a presentation which went over extremely well. I also received positive feedback on being well prepared and organized.
