What is the onboarding process like at Michelin and how long does it last?
It depends heavily on the position and nature of training required to perform the job in question. Some positions literally require years of training, other professional but less specialized jobs are much quicker. There are a lot of channels for support and expert mentoring, regardless of the length of onboarding.
