Yes they need to communicate better and hold everyone to the same standard

Recognition, leadership, and company values. The leadership team is all about self promotion and self centered values. The "I" only matter and not the workers is their attitude.

People thatc are doing a good job get rewarded by being given another job or someone else's work because there's no accountability here. It's like having a union without a union. To many people can get away with not doing their job.

A man should be able to support a family without needing his wife to work too. We don't have a lot of bills, one car payment and yet we cant make it on my paycheck.

Focus on Life work balance and emotional health of people

Company needs to be open about innovative ideas that it publicly advocates about. The true owners of the ideas should be recognised instead of people pleasers.

Recognize the specificities of the business units. Being less patriarchal, recognize technical expertise.
