they are fine professional, willing to learn and to work well and better... amongst a whole lot of uncompetent crew of people thinking that petrochemicals is the same than tires.
The team I'm in now is a great bunch of people to deal with. We all work together good. The problem is getting pulled back to my old shop every chance to fix things that someone else should could have fixed.
They work hard and are always ready to face any challenge for the company and the team.
