Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
FedEx Express workers (NOT the contracted Ground drivers) have worked hard to make FedEx successful. Yet we are told yearly, there will be either no raises (expected) or only 2%. Now they want to fire a large portion to totally eliminate wages. Meanwhile, the man making the changes (RAJ) earns 5M yr

The most positive thing is the overtime! Working overtime is the only thing that makes the job worth doing! Cost of living is lower in the Memphis, TN area. But 22.00 dollars an hour at 35 hrs or less is not enough pay to servive

Lose the 45 minute, anti union, propaganda film. Change selection algorithms to pick qualifications instead of tax incentives.

Definitions for questions are not universal or well-explained prior to the interview. The process is built to favor current internal employees over new external hires.

The system is rigged. They post jobs just for show and tell you that you're not qualified because the hiring manager already knows who they want

There seems to be so many hoops of fire to jump through to get a person hired, it is time consuming and the potential employee gets a different job.

The camera system! Misconduct is out if control! So when filing a compliant, especailly against management. The camera system solves all debates! Plus i really enjoy being around and on the planes! I also enjoy loading them and watching them take off!

Owners/upper management is greedy. They pay us HALF of what our competitor UPS earns and they still are firing us in favor of non-employee contract workers AKA FedEx Ground. Stop the greed! Raj makes 5M a year!
