Company doesn't want to spend any money on upgrades. Their fleet is dangerous for the drivers and the others on the road.

All of leadership in my district grew up in fedex so they stand up for each but not the lower levwl employee
They need to pay attention to the people that they hire because not all are good people.
More money an better communication between management about how the box load is going to be finished for that day make an insensitive to getting the job done right an at time that works for the drivers to leave.
Lots of people who just do not care about the brand and about the job. They take over all the good the rest of us try to portray.

Owners/upper management is greedy. They pay us HALF of what our competitor UPS earns and they still are firing us in favor of non-employee contract workers AKA FedEx Ground. Stop the greed! Raj makes 5M a year!
