What makes you most happy at work?

Doing my work making sure people get their packages.

Being productive and making on time deliveries!

The camera system! Misconduct is out if control! So when filing a compliant, especailly against management. The camera system solves all debates! Plus i really enjoy being around and on the planes! I also enjoy loading them and watching them take off!

Just knowing that the person in front of you is going to gave your back when you need them the most.

Start focusing on the customer

The place needs proper management

Be more helpful to employees and stop being petty

Bad employees are thriving and good employees are being brought down

Managennt needs to be involved more and fight for fair pay.

We need a whole evaluation to really fix things

Company doesn't want to spend any money on upgrades. Their fleet is dangerous for the drivers and the others on the road.

Management seems to be solely focused on shareholders, and those who have given years of our lives to working here get crumbs

Be fair to all on work assignments. And no single unloaders in trailers

Deliveries are not being completed the same stuff stays at the warehouse for weeks at a time

All of leadership in my district grew up in fedex so they stand up for each but not the lower levwl employee

They need to pay attention to the people that they hire because not all are good people.

More money an better communication between management about how the box load is going to be finished for that day make an insensitive to getting the job done right an at time that works for the drivers to leave.

Lots of people who just do not care about the brand and about the job. They take over all the good the rest of us try to portray.

Owners/upper management is greedy. They pay us HALF of what our competitor UPS earns and they still are firing us in favor of non-employee contract workers AKA FedEx Ground. Stop the greed! Raj makes 5M a year!

I love the way they're set up And how they move

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Change from a micromanagement culture to one that focuses on empowering people and enabling decision making at all levels of the company. Decisions need to be made at the lowest level possible.

Increased diversity/inclusion awareness amongst work groups, support of work to life balance and fair/equitable compensation levels.

compensation - record profits and merit increases are not keeping pace with cost of living meaning it costs me money to work with FedEx
