Company preaches keeping each person in the loop, but seems at my station it only pertains to ib.
Help eachother without complaining when their workload is light
There is very little oversight and supervision. Most do not care about providing good service.
The managers need to be present during training and praise and repremand daily. This would create educated and motivated teamwork.

They need to perform their job and spend less time finding ways to avoid their duties.
Stop gossiping and lieing on people
I think this would happen naturally with improvement in morale, job satisfaction.
