Constructive Feedback From FedEx Employees

  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I gave decades of dedication, professionalism, and care, and when I needed understanding and protection the most, I was treated as a liability instead of a human being.
