FedEx Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

401k match and health insurance

My health package and my 4OK

The best part is Free medical!

The bonus sttucture seems fair

Pay rate is good for skill requirement

Insurance and PTO, and don't need to go to gym

You have somthing to look forward to one you reach retirement.

It pays my daughters daycare

Actually surprised that part timers get benefits and pay his extremely good

401k match, discounts, part time employee entitlements

My insurance and my 401k

The health subsidy, great dental

Review from Operations Dept

Transparency and easy to understand

Review from Sales Dept

I haven't gotten my compensation package yet

The bonus checks that we work for as a team.

Getting it done and going home

Decent ins. Good quality at low cost

Paid time off and overtime opportunity

Payrate and pto and advantages of growth and customer satisfaction.

Insurance is good but gets more expensive every year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because I gave decades of dedication, professionalism, and care, and when I needed understanding and protection the most, I was treated as a liability instead of a human being. What makes it even harder is knowing that the people who should have known better looked the other way.

Pay increases that exceed inflation. Policies that eliminate ir at least minimize pay compression.

Health insurance is pitiful as is the retirement

Consistent bonus. More transpancy. Stock incentives

Would like more hours and more pay for work done

I did feel under valued since I was doing more work than what i was being paid for and my hard work was never acknowledged. I took on a lot of tasks than what was necessary for my position.

Theres always a push to be faster or better even when you're doing your best

Fed Ex pay my medical bills and etc

We do a lot of hard work , that requires lifting heavy boxes and or bags .. the pay doesn't add up with the work we do .

Come with me to work one day and you will see

Bank holidays should be able to be in home. the policy destroy a lot of people people plans throught changing a holiday policies.

Some times yes i do often

higher wages are what is needed

22 dollars ans hour since we do hard labor and Nick Rusca has been pushing us hard some workwrs walk away because the trainors they hired Cameran, Jaden, Michael arent trained to do everything. They were passing put posicles because one of the managers cruz told him to. So we work harder.

My hand is raised to do every and anything that is needed. When asked to do something usually i have already coopleted it or planned on accomplishing it. What wiuod make me feel better is if i was evalutated ans rewarded appropriatly.

Raises don’t occur every year and when they do medical benefits increase twice as much as the raise. Executives still continue to get pay increases every year while the typical worker struggles. There is NO loyalty anymor

Doing things above my station like training new employees and not receiving proper compensation for task I am not getting paid to do

Off time vacation benefits are not competive. Bonus has only been available 2 out of the last 5 years.

Review from Engineering Dept

We do the exact same thing as UPS employees but our total compensation is half of what UPS drivers make.

More money, higher pay raise.
