The most positive thing is the overtime! Working overtime is the only thing that makes the job worth doing! Cost of living is lower in the Memphis, TN area. But 22.00 dollars an hour at 35 hrs or less is not enough pay to servive

The senior manager and manager needs to be part of the operation from time to time and envolved ij the development and evelotion of the enployyees careers. There is no mentorship. No guidence.
I think everyone should work together
Implementing changes and or job positions that have a purpose, function and measurable career track.
all employees to be measured in same bucket ....(i.e) different functions are getting allowances whereas the physical handling team don't get paid.
Too heiarchy focused. Too many internal teams slows you down with requests and paperwork. Treat employees better. Make your healthcare not the cheapest option possible. Listen to employees when they say hardware was out of date. Make employee pay fair not just for white collar workers

Communication is a start. However the toxicity from upper management isn't great.
