Managers are usually quick about making candudate selections and not dragging the process out.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Good leaders, respect, understanding employees

Most the time they do not even message you back about interviews or wether or not you got accepted. Instead if you do not hear back you probaly did not get it. Or you get a call from an unknown number and you have to answer it to get the job.

Allow management to be involved and allow them to acrulky go out ans recruit to build a solid staff.

There is no interview process. We can't get or keep people because we don't pay.

Don't know maybe let people see how the work day is going to play out an get a feel for the job . Like start working only 2 days ,then move up to more days on finishing steps for the load an the improvement you do in job duties of the day

Internal candidates should always receive a decision and feedback. Of 5 interviews, I've never heard a word. Managers should understand the process before being allowed to interview. Internal candidates should be compensated for interviews.

Make it more interactive. Questions are canned, dated and scripted.. There was no feedback afterwards

Give more honest messages. They told me we'd get raises every 3-6 months. I spent an entire year with the same pay! LIARS!

Adding training process would help

More transparency, dont play with us with lies and games, store managers.
