The managers I work with are nice, the sort manager and above are questionable, they don't seem to care about people. Except for people they know personally, which I get but I don't want your anger to go onto me. This has happened.

There is no leadership in this conpany. No one trusts what any of yhe executives say.
I have an amazing manager! But the am sort manager is absolutely terrible! She needs to get better at being a manager & learn how to manage things. If she doesnt like what's said to her, she'll become rude and disrespectful. Thats not what a manager does.
Understanding that the average employee needs support not criticism and not constant monitoring. People thrive in an environment that is not combative and fostering self-sufficiency is key. Especially since the place is a revolving door training new employees takes time but isn't to be micromanaged
Giving the lower level employees a better environment to be self sufficient and instead of fostering a combative workplace by constantly trying to make the management focused solely on why they are failing and emphasize what makes them succeed

They are invisible - they need to take advantage of their employees' skills and knowledge better - they need to remember that they don't always know best.
