He is a team player

They listen, they follow procedure and they are always supportive

Stands by employees instead of just management

I trust my managers and senior manager. I know they will not set me up to fail and would not ask me to do something that they didn't feel I was capable of doing.

Managers are very caring and Is willing to work with you

they treat you with great care

Always willing to help so that you dont fall behind loading.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to get better at everything

Utilizing existing/paid for tools. Removing internal roadblocks preventing customer facing assets from their jobs effectively.

People safety and lives!!!!!! Is what they need to get better at.

Following through with what they say and doing what they should to make sure things run smooth

Be a worker and know How the operation work especially work with airplane

Communication and possibly time management

listening and observing the needs of drivers.

Everything the company is. Fraud on alot of things

Everything, they just don't about anything

They are invisible - they need to take advantage of their employees' skills and knowledge better - they need to remember that they don't always know best.

Better Communication , planning , preperarion and equality

Managing. Working. Work ethic. Respect. Not being Lazy.

Clean house and bring focus to what is important for the company rather than a encouraging a race to see who can get the next participation plaque.

I have an amazing manager! But the am sort manager is absolutely terrible! She needs to get better at being a manager & learn how to manage things. If she doesnt like what's said to her, she'll become rude and disrespectful. Thats not what a manager does.

There is no leadership in this conpany. No one trusts what any of yhe executives say.

They have too many courses
