They listen, they follow procedure and they are always supportive

Stands by employees instead of just management
I trust my managers and senior manager. I know they will not set me up to fail and would not ask me to do something that they didn't feel I was capable of doing.
Managers are very caring and Is willing to work with you
they treat you with great care

Utilizing existing/paid for tools. Removing internal roadblocks preventing customer facing assets from their jobs effectively.

I have an amazing manager! But the am sort manager is absolutely terrible! She needs to get better at being a manager & learn how to manage things. If she doesnt like what's said to her, she'll become rude and disrespectful. Thats not what a manager does.
There is no leadership in this conpany. No one trusts what any of yhe executives say.
