I feel undervalued because I gave decades of dedication, professionalism, and care, and when I needed understanding and protection the most, I was treated as a liability instead of a human being. What makes it even harder is knowing that the people who should have known better looked the other way.

Pay increases that exceed inflation. Policies that eliminate ir at least minimize pay compression.

Health insurance is pitiful as is the retirement

Consistent bonus. More transpancy. Stock incentives

Would like more hours and more pay for work done

Most the time they do not even message you back about interviews or wether or not you got accepted. Instead if you do not hear back you probaly did not get it. Or you get a call from an unknown number and you have to answer it to get the job.

Change from a micromanagement culture to one that focuses on empowering people and enabling decision making at all levels of the company. Decisions need to be made at the lowest level possible.

Increased diversity/inclusion awareness amongst work groups, support of work to life balance and fair/equitable compensation levels.

compensation - record profits and merit increases are not keeping pace with cost of living meaning it costs me money to work with FedEx
