Manager is willing to work, not walk around and talk to eachother, ignoring the customers. They are able to fix problems or come up with solutions, unlike upper management who will "get back to you". Corporate removed postions with no action to allocate those tasks, letting them pile up.

The store is in horrible shape. So the store needs to be updated in fact relocated. The staff needs to be trained. I received no training and I was by myself day one. No employee should be left alone, never.

There are no opportunities to be had, and the ones in charge show a bad example (habitually tardy, lazy, etc.). Hours have been cut across multiple departments leaving them short staffed, yet are still expected to perform at the highest level. Every day is lived in fear of losing your job
