My coworkers are in the same boat as I was, so we all got along great. Without management interference, we were able to do our duties quickly and efficiently. Management only ever got in the way.

Everything but the Corporate management.

We share the same problems.

The diversity of talent, eagerness to learn and develop each other, and advocate for good work.

We can work really well together and talk about things that matter to us without feeling like we are imposing on others.

If we were not so stressed out from being understaffed, there would be no issues.

The need to care more, and be held accountable for their work.

Communication is major and be willing to help each other out.

Employees night crew work together we don't have a problem with that we have a problem with we don't get paid good we're not getting treated right and the union is not for us but we pay Union bills

If department heads are alound to manage their department and be there to work with them besides coming in after they have left or an hour before they leave. Why have a manager if you are not going to let them do their job.

We need to stop hiring LITERAL CHILDREN, retaining people who abandon their jobs or are easy to start a fight. Honestly, just get better workers. Theres no fixing, just replace.

They need to manage their time better and get their pick speed better. Also they need not stand around talking to each other and wasting time

Stop being judgemental and give new people a chance. This was the 8 mile and Farmington Rd location in Livonia.

They were tacist and ised slurs in my presence often

They need stability and consistent schedules. They need better work/life balance. This MyTime disrupted a lot of schedules that upper management refuses to make changes to ensure consistency so that we can balance outside of work life. We work to live not live to work
