I don't understand we hire someone for the store but they go to the office for training most people don't go and we are back to square one

Online vacation requests seem useless when the scheduling manager just uses whatever random weeks they gave you at the start of the year, even if you put both requests in online months in advance. Horrible place.

Fun to work with
Mostly fine. It's a lot like being in public high school. Some are fairly annoyed because they don't make enough to live on.
Always willing to help each other, teamwork is what keeps our store working.

Based on position level. Can be pleasant to drilling.

It's easy enough. First it was a quick phone interview and if that goes well they schedule an interview in person. It was fairly easy and straight forward.
What part of Kroger's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
E-commerce, capital for manufacturing division.
They are attentive to generally staying up to date on their look and inventory. But employees are dropping like flies because they don't offer a living wage.
