Q&A With KMart Employees
KMart employees answer questions about what life is like behind the scenes at their company, including queries about culture, leadership, professional development, and compensation.
How employees describe working at KMart
Easy to shop there reasonably priced & cheap & disposable if I want something for a short time
At first it was great but as time went on, there seemed to be a unbalanced workload amongst employees, it's very manager dependant, if the manager is great your fine but if not; you might get extra or an unfair amount of work.

Our company is closing. I am more upset about the loss of my and my coworkers jobs. I am very unhappy with our corporate CEO right now. It proves that he has a horrible head for business and was too greedy and didn't care who it affected.
